Across Africa, millions of talented women face the same challenge: incredible potential, but limited access to digital skills, remote work opportunities, and income systems that truly work. Many want to break free from traditional, inflexible jobs. Others dream of building tech-enabled businesses that support their families while honoring their unique roles as mothers and community leaders. Yet the gap keeps growing  because most programs either focus only on skills without income strategies, or push “remote work” jobs that AI is rapidly replacing.
